Privacy Policy

This policy is a working draft prepared for RevixPlus and has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. It describes how we intend to handle personal data today. We will update this page once a lawyer has reviewed it, and the date above will change when we do. Questions go to hello@revixplus.com.
Who we are
RevixPlus is a software, AI and growth agency based in Lahore, Pakistan, serving clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the UAE and Pakistan. For the purposes of GDPR we act as the data controller for information collected through this website, and as a processor for data our clients ask us to handle.
What we collect
When you fill in a form, book a call or use the chat assistant, we collect what you type: usually a name, an email address, a company name and a description of your project. We also collect basic analytics such as pages visited, device type and approximate country. We do not collect payment card details on this site.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your inquiry, prepare proposals and, if you ask, send occasional updates about our work. Chat conversations help us answer better and may be reviewed by a person. Analytics help us understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
Services we rely on
Form and chat submissions are delivered through Resend for email and may be forwarded to our internal workflow tools so the right person sees them. The chat assistant uses a third-party language model under a data processing agreement that prohibits training on your messages. Analytics run through a privacy-focused tool without cross-site tracking.
Retention and your rights
We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months afterward unless you become a client, in which case contract records apply. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@revixplus.com. We answer within 30 days. EU residents may also complain to their local supervisory authority.
