Terms of Service

These terms are a working draft prepared for RevixPlus and have not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. They set out how we expect to work with clients and visitors today. A reviewed version will replace this page, and the date above will change when it does. Questions about these terms go to hello@revixplus.com.
Using this website
The content on revixplus.com is provided for information about our services. You may read, link to and share it. You may not copy it for commercial use, scrape it in bulk or misuse the forms and chat assistant. Starting prices on this site are indicative and every engagement is confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.
Proposals and payment
Each project begins with a fixed-price discovery week described in a proposal. Builds are quoted after discovery and billed by milestone. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Invoices are in US dollars unless agreed otherwise, and late payments may pause work until settled.
Ownership and licenses
On payment, you own the code, designs and content we create specifically for you. Open source components keep their own licenses. Tools, templates and know-how we developed before or outside your project remain ours, and we may reuse general techniques on other work. We will ask before naming you publicly as a client.
Responsibilities and limits
We deliver the work described in the proposal with reasonable skill and care. You provide timely feedback, content and access needed to complete it. Neither party is liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Regulated work such as HIPAA projects follows the written agreement for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan unless a signed client agreement states otherwise. Where a client is based in another country, the written agreement for that engagement controls jurisdiction and dispute resolution. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
